I had a child safety gate & thought it would be ideal to keep my 2 Medium sized dogs in the kitchen. One dog forced herself through the bars & became trapped, (luckily I was still home) I had to call the fire brigade to cut her free. I am now buying this Dog Safety Gate, the bars are closer together so will be safe for my girls.
