11/25/2008 - Gavin from London: Took over 2 hours to construct and was difficult to connect it all. Instructions very poor. Cleaning is a nightmare as you have de-construct it every time and again, takes ages to re-construct. Also this is NOT suitable for dwarf hamsters as they CANNOT use the vertical tubes - u have to purchase "mouse ladders". Poor quality plastic tubing too. VERY disappointed with this and will avoid Rotastak.
5/14/2008 - carol from Edinburgh: Great fun for gerbils/hamsters they love this - well ours do - (obviously they live in seperate cages but our gerbils and hamster have one each). The wheel is much quieter than the rotastak with the wheels attached to the inside.
