Everyone needs to know what is going on if they are to really take part, so we have daily briefings in store called "Pets Pointers" that ensures that the same message is given to every team member no matter what their start time or job responsibility.

Each week we also send out our “Stores Comms” setting out key activities for the week and updates for everyone on new products and new initiatives. Also taking the chance to let stores know how they are performing.

Also, as we mentioned before, we have a monthly magazine called "Talking Pets". This updates everyone on what is happening throughout the business. The content is about great people, new merchandise, local community events and our Company wide charity fund raising. Lots of stores get a mention and any great work is highlighted. By sharing great ideas we can spread the message.
