I was looking for something to keep my Chinese hamster entertained, as he's a bit of a grumpy critter..
Hung this from the top of his cage and within five minutes he was out sniffing it and gnawing it, so deffinatley a success in entertaining him, however the first thing he did was chew through the string that holds the two parts together.
I'd reccomend it if you're looking for a little bordem breaker. It doesn't take up much room and is a fairly decent price. Great for the smaller pets.

I got this for my new dwarf hamster and she loves it and seems to find it quite interesting trying to pull out the parts. Its nice that the materials used are all very natural and it really is a great product.

Our hamster kept gnawing the bars of his cage so we bought these to attach to the bars. We used the ties, which where just twine, but after two nibbles of the knotted section they just fell off. The little bamboo one completely fell apart after 2 minutes of being in the cage.
I have managed to use additional twine to reattached them to the bars but they only withstood the gnawing for less than 5 minutes.
Our little fur ball obviously loves these but 'woodlands' need to reassess their method of cage attachment.
I would buy them again but I would need to carry out some major adjustments/additions to make them work for any useful period of time.
