Pets At Home Response: Hi
Many Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear you have experienced problems with the bearded dragon home.
After reading through your review it sounds like the glass falling out is due to the top and bottom runner sections being fitted to the viv the wrong way round. They are slightly different sizes so that you can actually get the glass in and out once it’s assembled.
The Viv has been thoroughly tested under varying conditions and in all but the coldest rooms (non-centrally heated) the vivarium held at the correct temperature, unless you placed the vivarium near a window, on the floor or in a draughty location.
The instructions do also advise that supplementary heating may be required in some cases where the house is very cold.
Many Thanks
The Pets at Home Team
