great for tortoises.but not for the viv.

i use this for my pet tortoise daisy,this is the first tortoise i have had and i was recommended this product by the pre-owner of daisy.
i find this product very absorbent and long lasting but it is very had to clean out of a vivarium.

good for larger snakes 2ft-4ft

this product is better for larger snakes i.e 2ft plus to replace aspen as i have noticed that the snake will eat the aspen and spit this larger chip out making for a happier snkae that is not trying to digest wood the bigger the snake the larger the chip or just sand for the desert dwelling snakes.
