Thanks for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear you have had problems with this product and have spoken with the supplier who has provided the following response:
"Air will be dispelled from where it can escape, so if there is a blockage in the air line or stone, the only other place the air can come from is the bottom.
Very occasionally there may be a hairline crack somewhere.
Complaints are very rare, but on the odd occasion this does occur please return to your nearest Pets at Home store for an exchange."
