This product is proving useful for me to move slowly from mothers milk only toward solids. I have been using a teaspoon full mixed with hot water placed in the back of a sandwich plate for my 3 small puppies, presently at 4 weeks old. they come racing over to the plate when placed in their pen.

My pomeranian puppy absolutely love it! brilliant taste, good value for money and 49% of meat and not weard stuff in it!
easy to digest. I would recommand to mix with 1teaspoon of boiled rice and peas(just boil DON'T ADD SALT OR FLAVOUR ) and a teaspoon of boiled chicken cutted in really small pieces. This addition is just to avoid the "running poo" typical of wet food for puppies! My 10 weeks poms love it,now she's healty and happy!

As the Cesar is really rich I wouldn't give him or her a full tray a day(remember poms are a TOY breed!) but I usually cut it in 6 small pieces and I give her 1 piece per meal.
x4 meals a day.

I'm a veterinary nurse with a degree in animal science.
I mix Cesar puppy in with my dog's dry Royal Canin. This is great for two reasons, it increases his water intake and he's becoming less fussy about dry food. Although Royal Canin's diets are already perfectly balanced my puppies have a very active life so the extra nutrition supplied in the form of fats and amino acids is very much needed. There are many relevant arguments saying dry food is a bad idea because puppies teeth are made for ripping and tearing and they'd rather not have them transfer those behaviours to their furniture. I personally rotate my puppies toys so that they retain novelty and they let their gnawing tendencies out there. Also, as everyone probably knows - dried food is good for helping to keep plaque away.
