Description

Chicken Flavoured Dog Food Gravy 300ml by Doggies is a great way to make dry dog food even more tasty.

Made with a minimum of 4% real chicken, Doggies chicken flavour gravy sauce is really simple; shake well and pour over your dog's dry food and sit back and watch the bowl get cleaned.

Not suitable for puppies under 6 months old.

Ingredients and Nutrition

Main Flavour: Chicken.

Ingredient(s):

Meat and Animal Derivatives (Chicken min. 4%), Natural Flavourings. Coloured with EC Additives.

Typical Analysis:

Moisture 97.10%, Protein 1.30%, Oils and Fats 0.5%, Fibre 1%, Ash 0.1%.

Feeding Guide (approximate per day)

Shake well before use, then pour over your dog’s dry food to make their dinner extra tasty.

Not suitable for puppies under 6 months old.

Store unopened in a cool dry place and serve at room temperature.

Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.

Please always ensure that fresh drinking water is available.

Pets should be supervised at all times whilst feeding.

My dog is a very fussy eater. He's losing weight as he won't eat the quality dry foods, only some cheaper/additive filled brands which have their own issues. I saw this in P@H - it's a great price and a fantastic idea... but the dogs didn't particularly care for it. The fussy eater wasn't interested, and the normal eater ate around it.I now boil chicken portions, and when cooled, put the jelly water into the bottle and use that instead which works much better.[$] gave me the idea and the bottle, but would love to see a better recipe!

I agree with Henry and Amber's Mum, this gloopy stuff is awful.

I had only been using it for a few days on my three dogs' dinners, and when I opened it the next day it smelled awful, like rotting meat!
I could smell it even before I opened the bottle, despite the fact that it had been in the fridge!

I would not recommend this to anyone.

My dogs hated this. I bought it to put on their dry food as an occasional treat, and was mortified to see it had to be refrigerated, and then would be used in a few days. To use it up I'd have to feed both dogs daily, and then there'd be some left! Neither would touch their food with it on, nor would they lick it from my finger (the youngest is a foodie, and even she turned her nose up at it!)
It was a waste of money, they'd rather have plain kibble than this!

I brought this as a birthday present for my dog. I gave it too him everyday on his dry food for his evening meal. Once he noticed i was adding this everyday, he would wait my the fridge where it was kept! Think it just makes any dog's dry food that little bit tastier, just like any sauces that we use on our food. Very reasonably priced. No bad points, love it (and so does my dog)!

My GSD loves this, make his dinner a bit more fun. I found it a little too thick, but with a bit of warm water added to the meal too, it makes a fantastic gravy that covers the whole meal. One bottle lasts our Shepherd 7days, which is good going as he eats quite a lot! Is also great for putting into an interactive toy. (Kong etc.)

Bought this Chicken Doggies gravy along with the Beef gravy to make dry food more exciting. My West Highland Terrier suffers from problems with her tummy and as such can only eat dry dog food. This gravy appears to make her food more appetising and she wont leave her dish alone just now. The only issue I can see with this item is that the gravy is very thick and lies as a big "gloop" on top of the food.
