Hole on middle platform is too big and missing metal ring, other hole is too small and the screw is now stuck. Unsteady and the screws don't go tight enough. Absolutely rubbish.

Service & Delivery comments:

Driver signed for it himself as 'left by front gate'. So was left out all day and my other part of my order is missing. Rubbish. Will be making serious complaints.

Daisy May loves her new play station, we adopted Daisy May from CP, 10 years old with the mind and spirit of a 6 year old. Jumps, Prances about chasing yarn pretending it a mouse. And when its time for scratching and chilling out she relaxes on the platforms. She loves the fun ball on is really inqusitive of the tunnel, but like most a great place to keep her toys etc where she knows where they when she wants them. As for the top platform, we have a good sized log the we nailed to support the top platform where she sits and sleeps. We placed the station against the bedroom wardrobe where she can also watch the birds come to feed outside out bedrooms windows. This play station is amazing and Daisy has amazing fun. Worth every penny. Thank you mum n pop for getting this for me. Your Princess Daisy May Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have had this product for nearly a year and my cat, Bertie, gets a lot of use out of it, but we have needed to adapt how we use it. Very early on it became clear that the furry tunnel part was a complete waste of space and time - so we removed that. Bertie would not use the top platform after he first jumped onto it and the whole thing nearly fell over. The top platform is also very unstable and quite weak, as after foolishly lifting the whole structure by it it cracked. HOWEVER, my husband nailed in another post to prop up the opposite top corner and now Bertie loves sitting up there and watching all the goings on from a high spot. It is pushed up against one wall of the bay window and this keeps it stable for when Bertie leaps on and off it and uses the pillars as scratching posts. He once sniffed inside the hideaway area in the base, but has never been in since, so I keep his toys and brushes in there. After making a few adaptations to it, Bertie gives it a definite thumbs up. (Well he would do if he had thumbs!)

Our Mummy bought this just before Santapaws time. Uno and I use it a bit, mainly to look out in the garden and see if that big black cat is around before we go out.

Sometimes it falls over and breaks our food bowls. We sit on the high shelf which is what Mummy found trickiest to put on, she couldn't work it out as the instructions weren't clear. We NEVER use the fabric bit in the middle and Mummy uses the bottom space to keep our toys n things.

Mummy said she wouldn't buy us this one again as and when it breaks. Hmmmmm *wonders best way to break it*

Have 2 small cats who love using the scratch posts and sitting on top but problem is the top is only supported by one scratch post so started bending right from start, has now snapped completely. A lot of money to last a few months. Do not buy it

I have three cats and they haven't left it alone since I have bought it which supprised me as have wasted a lot of money on other scratch posts and toys. They really enjoy scratching it and haven't seen them scratch my sofa once since they started using it! The ball and string is tough, trust me my kitten has tried and tested it. They seem to prefer sleeping on the higher platforms than in the bottom box and haven't seen them use the round bit of fabric, but overall seem to really like it.

My cat loves this scratcher, the height is perfect for her to climb up and stand at the same height as us humans! She eats all her treats up there, and can spend hours sleeping on top. She never uses the middle platform or the hole / tunnel in the middle. I use the tunnel to store cat toys and grooming brushes. She has started sleeping in the bottom box after a year of ignoring it however.
Sadly, this product has broken twice in 6 months. The top platform is unsupported and has snapped in half, even though my cat is very small and light. She doesn't jump on it, just sleeps and sits.
It is a difficult design to make use of the middle two platforms which is a great shame. I don't think it is worth the money, but it's such a good height that we replaced it anyway.

I have 2 small kittens who do enjoy playing on it. Does not distract than my sofas though. Not to sure how it would fit a grown cat but my kittens love chasing each other up it.
