we have two young Golden Retrievers who need to be walked with headcollars as both pull terribly on their leads without them. Unfortunately, as our dogs like to greet everyone and everything and end up rolling around on the pavement all the time, their flimsy headcollars tend to come off quite easily. This double-ended lead (we have one for each dog) allows us to walk our dogs safely - we simply attach one end to the headcollar, the other end to the regular collar. That way, the dog is still "on the lead" even if the headcollar comes off. --- Whether a dog pulls or not, these leads are terrific. Two dogs can be walked together, or for one dog the lead can be made longer or shorter, they are very durable and last forever and when they get dirty they can be washed in the sink quickly and easily. I've had dogs all my life and tried many leads. It doesn't get better than this.
