The Cujo Black Shock Absorbing Extending Dog Lead by Ezydog is an innovative dog lead that is perfect for dogs that can sometimes get ahead of themselves (and their owners).

Made from an extending nylon, the Cujo Black Shock Absorbing Extending Dog Lead by Ezydog has 12inches of stretch, perfect for well behaved dogs who need that little bit of extra space when out on walks.

Designed with a soft TPR traction rubber handle, the lead provides a great grip that is both secure and gentle on your hands.

I use this lead when running / jogging with my collie cross and it is excellent at absorbing jerks and pulling which is why I bought it. This is the lead's only use though, it is useless for walking a dog as you can not pull a dog back with it away from the road or another dog.

I purchased this for a collie x that pulls like a steam train, It was utter rubbish, it was like walking a dog on a piece of elastic, I could not hold him back or pull him away from anything, Made him pull worse and i found quite dangerous when road walking. Taking mine back for a refund!

I own a border collie who is eight years old. He never stops pulling and I'm worried he might break a neck or shoulder bone. I bought this to try and stop the awful pulling but then I found out that the handle is hard to grip. It didn't stop the pulling and just made it worse for both me and my dog. I went to a small pet shop where I live and saw a GREAT BRAND of headcollar. The Halti really did help and I am pleased with the results. I will recommend the Halti to any dog owners. It stops the dogs from pulling and it comes with a booklet to help put it on and the troubleshooting.

This lead was useless to me. I have a 8 and a half stone Dogue De Bordeaux, so I would liken the experience of using this lead to walking a Hippopotomus on a piece of flimsy elastic ! not good. I thought it would absorb the shock, as my dogue is very slow but does tend to lunge. It didnt work. The lead is flimsy and gives the impression that it will snap at the slightest jolt, so I ended up letting go of the lead which defeats the object really. However, It was more effective when used in conjunction with a Head Collar

I have to say that I would happily recommend this one. This is an attractive unique lead, which has a lovely easy grip handle, similar to a water skiing handle. The shock absorber works well for my dog, although I do have to say that she is not a 'puller' and I do not use this lead for improving her behaviour. I use this product with the EzyDog Collar and they have proven hard wearing, comfortable and they look very good together.

i have a large(45kg) dog who can be a strain on the lead, this works brilliantly for him although it doesn't stop pulling it does take the shock out of it and the dog feels resistance before your arm is yanked out of it's socket, which is enough in our case to slow the dog down.. best buy!

I got this to try to prevent my youngest from injuring her neck whilst we trained her to walk to heel. This is NOT designed to prevent pulling! Its more designed for people who want to run/jog with dog to prevent either being jerked by an inadvertent change in deirection of 1 or the other, or to prevent injurey of dog and owner from consistent jerks of a pulling dog. I found the handle terrible to hold. If your dog pulls really hard (eg, 15-20kg dog is very difficult to hold on this lead, as you can't grip the handle well enough to be sure they won't pull it out of your grip, specially bad for lungers!) It did stop the jerking pain in my arm , and I'm sure Ambers neck, but the pain in forearms and wrists from tense gripping, ready for an unanticipated lunge counteracted its use. I now use it only for hooking dogs up at class to prevent dogs injuring necks pulling.

The shop assistant advised I try this to stop my golden retreiver from pulling, so yet another of many anti pulling devices I have tried. It was totally useless for trying to stop my dog from pulling, and I found the handle very insecure to hold. So, back that went as well for a refund.

I am now on my third day of using the 'head halti' (not pets at home's own brand because I found their own brand slid into the eyes), I'm using the other brand they sell.

Though only on my third day with the halti, I think I have 'finally' found the solution and she is like a completly different dog! Hurrah!! I'll be leaving my review on that page after a week of using it.

I personally have a rottweiler and a jack russell x and they both have ezydog collars and leads they are comfortable , practical and very durable , also they do okay in the washing machine too for those of us blessed with muck loving dogs.
