I do not recommend this. I have a Syrian hamster and she is 9 weeks old I got this cage because I saw the tubes and thought it looked quite pretty but I did not like how hard it is to pet her or even hold her. Its hard to clean because there is only a tiny space to get her out of. waste of money go for a open plan cage. Its a lot easier.

I bought this for a baby Syrian hamster. He hated the tubes and we found it really difficult to pet the hamster as we could never get our hands in to catch him which was very difficult when we wanted to clean the cage. ITS GOING BACK

My Minnie never liked it she got bored instentley and it was not worth the money. Minnie escaped twice and the cat almost got her! I would not reccomend this product!

I bought this as an addition to the pink hamster cage hat matches this however on trying to build this it took a good hour to put the tubes together then on the second night the hamster escaped from the cage as the tubes came apart and one if the connectors snapped and now I can't find anywhere that does the part I require

I bought this as a new cage for my 7 years old daughter with a new syrian hamster from pets at home. I got home with my excited daughter and started to build the new home. What a project that turned out to be!! After 2 hours of attempting to fit the tunnels together I put her new hamster into the newly built cage. The first time she went through the tunnel to the other section the tunnel collapsed and the hamster nearly escaped. My daughter was distraught. I took the hamster and the cage back to pets at home where 2 staff members tried their best to fit it together with no luck. They then got another one out of a box and couldn't fit that one together either. They then exchanged this cage no problem however 3 hours of my day was totally wasted!!!

it was very hard to set up and minxie (my female syrian hampster) chewed through 5 boxes while we were putting it up. we kept the beeding in the small section but then she moved it into the main part and didnt have much room. she would twist of the lid and scurry over to the loo roll fill her cheeks and take it back to the cage. once she got in to the cupboard and ate a load of her hampster food. because she could get out of that cage we bought another that was much better.

Today my daughter and I went to buy a new hamster. I was swayed to buy this, by my daughter who loves pink and purple. but what a load of rubbish, I put the connecting tubes together and they won't stay together! with no other option I have had to use sellotape to hold it. I will have to get something better on line I think. However waiting to hear from the rotastak company. As i sit here and look at the cage I realise that actually it isn't very big either, and I think it'll be a challenge to get the hamster out, as the hole isn't very big. I had a Savvic previously, much better!

It is poorly designed my robo hamster couldn't get up the tubes and couldn't run in the wheel. It water bottle that came with it also dripped. In my opinion there should be a dark space for the hamster to go in the day time when it is sleeping. It looks good and spacious but it is only about 15cm across and that is the main area. I advise you not to be dragged in by the look of the cage because it is a waste of money and needs to have more views of the cage itself.
