I have just brought this yesterday and have already taken it back the shape for the bottle is too high for the hamster to reach the plastic is flimsy slightest weight and it burrows. the wheel does not turn with the hamster in as it burrows and touches the bottom of the cage. only good thing is its light weight and has a lot of space. but not really worth it.

I brought this cage with my Russian Winter White almost six months ago! It's a really great cage, and very roomy for one hamster (Thinking of getting a other one of these but for two hamsters) the only downfall with it is the platform is really wobbly, so when my hamster runs on the wheel (what makes really annoying noises) the platform wobbles around loads, and makes lots of noise. i do think this cage is suitable for a hamster.

This is a great cage, bought it in a baby blue/ white/ grey colour 2 days ago along with my roborovski hamster Rusty :) He loves it, loads of space and theres no way he can escape.
Only thing is the water bottle was too high up for him so i had to create a little step. Also my hamster hides under the platform all the time and never comes out!!! Other than thoes small issues, this cage is perfect for dwarf hamsters and is good quality, cant fault it...as of yet. :D

It doesn't last that long. The wheel on mine broke after a week. Poor design and not enough space. [...] I wouldn't buy anything like this again. I will be going to another pet shop if I need a new home for my hamsters. It is cheap and breaks easily.

I bought this cage for two Chinese dwarf hamsters.
It's very easy to clean, takes roughly 10 minutes to properly disinfect and dry out and put stuff back in. I use this on my bedroom table, fits nice and perfect next to the fish tank.
However, the wheel provided is awful; I've had to take the extra level out and replace the wheel with a 'silent spinner' instead to have a better nights sleep.
It is a fantastic home for a beginner pet owner, and the price is a bargain especially including the extras.

This cage is excellent for the price. I bought it at the same time as my Robo Whizz. He absolutely loves it! For a single Robo it's HUGE, lots of running space and room for treats and toys. Luckily at my local store this package is [$] which is extremely cheap for what it is.

This product may look good quality, but is actually really breakable. On the first week the ladder broke, there was a big crack in the floor, the bedding wouldn't get of the floor etc. I would not recommend this.

Very quick and easy to clean, i just place my dwarf hamster in its exercise ball and let him run around the room whilst i quickly clean the cage in under 5 minutes. The wheel is very creaky and noisy and the platform wobles when my hamster moves on it, which is quite noisy. Very big so can fit many different toys, food bowl, tubes and bed in with room for my hamster to still play.

I brought this cage for my new dwarf hamster, Binky. It has plenty of room, which means it is quite fun, plus it comes with bedding, wood chipings for the floor, a wheel, bed, food bowl and also a drink bottle. Whilst I was washing the wheel and the bit of plastic it clips onto, the thing the wheel clips onto snapped. We superglued it back together, though it just kept snapping and getting worse. My little sister also dropped the wheel, and it cracked, so again we had to superglue it back together. I would have though the plastic would be stronger as it is VERY weak and flimsy; would have thought better! Eventuly we had to take the whole wheel of. We took the wheel and plastic thing it connected to back to Pets at Home, hoping they would replace it as we did not have the reciet. The lady that helped us was very helpful and friendly and got a replacement connecting part. We did not expect they would replace the wheel as it was our fault, though we did say the plastic is weak and flimsy and the lady said she would talk to someone about it, as many other people have conplained. Apart from that, it is a lovely cage and Binky is a very happy hamster!!

i brought one of these a few months ago for my Chinese hamster elmo. but i then adopted a robo hamster so i decided to get another one of these cages.
i would recommend this cage to anyone who has ONE dwarf hamster living on its own as dwarfs can become territorial over platforms in the cages. it is too small for a Syrian as the RSPCA states they need to live in an 80 x 50 cage and a pair of dwarfs need an 70 x 40 cage. but for one dwarf hamster this cage is great especially if your hamster is timid and does not like alot of open space.
i can fit quite a few toys in this cage and there is still enough room for the hamster to run around.
