Subscription FAQ’s

 

What is subscription?
Subscription is a convenient, new service from Pets at Home which we are trialling to offer our customers complete hassle free shopping . As pet owners ourselves, we know that sinking feeling when you realise you are nearly out of your beloved pet’s favourite food. Subscription ensures that you will always be topped up on essentials and never have to make that mad dash to the shops!

Why is subscription not available on all products?
Subscription is a trial at the moment, and we will roll this service out across more products next year – so watch this space!

Do I have to pay upfront?
Absolutely not, you simply pay for each order, at the time of dispatch. We will even contact you a few days before each order is due to make sure it is still convenient for you. If not, you can simply rearrange another date or cancel your subscription altogether at no cost.


What happens if I have problems with my subscription
If there are any problems with your subscription order, or you have any questions about our subscription service, just call our friendly team on 0800 328 4204 or email them on cservice@petsathome.co.uk


How often can I have my order delivered?
You can have your order delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly on the date of your choice. If you need to change this at any time, just let us know by logging into your account and go to the Subscription section.


How much will my subscription orders cost to be delivered?
As with all Pets at Home orders, it is free standard delivery over £29. Orders under £29 will be charged at the standard rate of £4.95


What if I no longer want my subscription order?
No problem, you can cancel your subscription at any time, just log into your account and go to the Subscription section


How do I claim my 5th order free?
When your 5th order is due, we will post it out to you absolutely free as a thank you for using our subscription service


How do I renew my subscription?
After you have received your 5th order, we will contact you to see if you would like to continue using the service. If you choose not to, or we do not hear from you, your subscription will automatically stop. To set it up again at a later date, just select your item(s) choose your frequency and you’re good to go!
