Managing cookies


Although you can browse our site freely without cookies enabled on your computer, you’ll be unable to buy any items.


If your cookies are deactivated and you wish to enable them, read on. There are slightly different routines for PCs and Macs, so we’ve compiled this handy guide.
PC users


Firstly, if you’re not sure which web browser you’re using, just click ‘Help’ at the top of the browser window and choose the ‘About’ option.

  2. Click 'Under the Hood'. Select the 'Privacy' section. Click 'Content settings'
  3. Choose 'Allow local data to be set'

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on 'Tools' at the top of your browser window. Select 'Internet options'. Choose the 'Privacy' tab
  2. Make sure your privacy level is set to ‘Medium’ or lower – any higher and cookies will be blocked

  1. Click on 'Tools' at the top of your browser window.
  2. Select ‘Options’
  3. Click the ‘Privacy’ icon
  4. Select ‘Cookies’. Choose 'Allow sites to set cookies'

Safari

  1. Click on the Cog icon at the top of your browser window. Choose the 'Preferences' option
  2. Select 'Security'. Tick the box 'Block third-party and advertising cookies'. Press ‘Save’

Mac users
Firstly, if you’re not sure which web browser you’re using, click on the Apple menu with the browser window open and choose the ‘About’ option.

  1. Click on 'Explorer' at the top of your browser window.
  2. Choose 'Preferences'
  3. Scroll down. Find 'Cookies' under ‘Receiving Files’ and choose the 'Never Ask' option

  1. Click on 'Safari' at the top of your browser window
  2. Choose the 'Preferences' option
  3. Select 'Security', then 'Accept cookies'
  4. Choose 'Only from site you navigate to'
