Bought and returned within the hour. Very poor quality and design. One of the fixed poles was smashed. Upon looking into the design further I realised it is just simply not up for the job, with lots of loose stitching from the mesh panels my dog would of managed to start a hole in the kennel in no time at all.

I would not recommend this to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.

Thought this was great the first day I bought it but on the second journey realised my puppy was loose in the car as the zip had broken. Completely unsafe to use now. Shame.

This product is just not up to the job. We have persevered with three as the zip kept breaking and have now given up.
Our three month old puppy has just nibbled his way through the third one which we have only had for a month and I've had to drive home with a loose dog in the back of the car. I suspect the shop won't refund because this damage was caused by the dog but the product should stand up to the wear and tear of a three month old puppy.
Would not recommend this product.

Dreadful product. Plastic corner frame snapped after first use and now the other one has so have returned to shop and exschanged for metal cage. DO NOT BUY

I have the Kennel for more than a year and it still looks great and clean. is waterproof and in case of a little accident it will not stain your carpet or back seat in the car. it fits perfectly in the car, as we usually put it on the back seat. overall i am happy for what you get at this price.

When I bought it I though the kennel was a great idea; handy for transporting my Cairn terrier in the car. However, one day I was unpacking the car, and left the boot open thinking she was secure in the kennel as it was zipped up.. Another dog walked past and in a split second I realised my dog had escaped and was running away in an unfamiliar area. She had burst through the top flap in her excitement and the zip was bust. Thanks to some strangers I got her back after about an hour, so I'm not happy with the product. If only they would put in stronger zips I would buy another, but until then I won't.

This product is not at all easy to transport.Provided they supply you with all the parts (including two spare tubes - we had to go back for them...twice) it is actually quite tricky to slot them in so forget about doing this frequently to fold and carry.
Zips very poor quality...they break within a fortnight.
OK for car use but cheap for a reason.

I think that it is useful and my puppy feels safe in there as I put her bed inside. The only thing is she likes to scratch the black material and the zip, soon I believe the material will wear out.

After the vet told us we needed to confine our cat for 4-6 weeks due to his spinal injury, I went to the shop to buy a cage but the helpful assistant pointed this product out. It was cheaper than a cage and far better because most of the side panels and the top panel can be unzipped for ease of access and cleaning. Once he got better and started to claw at the sides I could tell the material wouldn't stand up long-term, but for temporary or occasional confinement of a small animal, it is a good solution.

Puppy welcomed the 'den' but soon started to chew the open zip. Result - zip won't work and puppy can't be contained. This feature is especially important when travelling so the kennel is now useless for the purpose. There should be a warning on the product saying "NOT suitable for puppies who may chew the zip". We have owned the kennel and puppy for three weeks and the kennel (not the puppy) is now redundant.
