The Fluval 2+ Carbon Pads by Hagen with high-quality impregnated active carbon has been specially developed as a fine filter medium for the Fluval 2+ Underwater Filter.
It is particularly suited to filtering out harmful liquid substances, dyes, medicines and extremely fine suspended particles and contaminants; improving the clarity, color and smell of the water.
The Fluval 2+ Carbon Pads by Hagen does not alter properties of aquarium water.
Each pack contains four pices of carbon.
The Fluval 2+ Carbon Pads and the Fluval 2+ Polyester Pads need to be used together when being used in the Aquafish Aquarium, and should both be placed where the existing Aquafish Carbon Cartridge currently sits.
