My 3 month old kitten adores this toy. He will play with you for hours if you have this. The wings flap like a real bird so brilliant for indoor cats.
Only con is that it rips and the stuffing comes out easily. My kitten had one for two days and it ripped open.. Had to exchange it.

We have had about 6 of these, the kittens love it but unfortunately every one we have had has broken within a day, the string coming off the wooden stick or snapping from the bird. The cats still play with the birds but they much prefer them on the stick. It's a shame because the crinkly sound really attracts them.

I find this toy slightly upsetting as resembles a grounded bird but my older cat, who has little interest in playing or hunting these days, loves it, probably for the same reason. I haven't had it long enough to find out how durable it is but it looks well-made. I like the wooden stick - nicer than plastic. The cord is shorter than on similar toys but this isn't a problem.
