Easy to use and assemble. Constantly circulating water keeps it fresh aided by the charcoal filter to remove impurities.

The pump can get clogged with hair but if you clean it out regularly this is not too much of a problem.

My cats did enjoy this but it didn't last long. One of mine is very curious and couldn't figure out where the water was coming from! She overturned it several times and within a couple of weeks had chewed through the cable. Spare parts are not available for this so it had to go in the bin. The filters are not easy to find in the shops. I only ever found them at my local Pets at Home store so no good for anyone who doesn't live nearby.

This product is OK if you only have 1 or 2 cats, but if you have more then you will probably find that you are constantly filling it several times a day as it doesn't have such a large capacity as other fountains on the market.

If I was to recommend a drinking fountain to anyone it would not be this one. There is another fountain on the market which is much better and the manufacturer is able to supply spare parts if you need them.

One cat used to drink from the taps and the other used to drink from horrid puddles outdoors, but never from the bowl ... now both drink from this ! Keeps the water fresh, clear and is very quiet in use.
Took the cats about 3 days to get used to it, but thereafter they now drink endlessly and I often struggle to keep the thing topped up LOL
Easy to keep clean. Considering the size of the unit, it has fitted into our home well but can't comment about it's stowage as it's in permanent use and I doubt that it will ever be removed :-)

I had been feeding my older cat lots of wet food pouches to keep her hydrated as she never drank from the water bowl. When I got my second cat, the breeder recommended this fountain, and since I have had it both cats drink plenty and I have cut down the wet food by at least half! It is completely silent in operation unless the water level gets below a certain point when it makes a low whirring noise which stops as soon as it is topped up. I'm delighted!

This is simply a brilliant product. We have an indoor cat who sometimes gets bored (especially if we're out) this was brilliant for him as it enabled him to play with the water (instead of always trying to get in the bath with one of us). He loves this just as much as we do. It keeps the water fresh and our lovely cat entertained!

My cat much prefers running water than a bowl and this product keeps the water moving so keeping it fresh and entices her to drink more. Recommended by my vet and now by me. Only con is that it is a little on the bulky side but the benefits far outweigh this.
