I decided to set up another tropical Tank and get the water perfect for my Siamese Fighting Fish, during a long 6-week cycling period I wanted to get the water to a stable temperature. I bought this product because of it's simplicity and low cost. This was a great buy, it's easy to put in the tank with its suction cup and you can leave it there to moniter your tanks temperature regularly. Very easy to read and also has a green band which gives you an idea of what temperature you'll need for Tropical Fish.

This was a rubbish buy & would never recommend to anyone mine broke after 3 days in my fish tank making everything toxic, as i had only just finished filling my tank I was very unhappy as I had to restart it all over again but now i have invested in a LCD one that sticks on the outside which is so much better & still looks good.

As a new aquarium keeper, I purchased this to check the temperature of my first coldwater aquarium prior to adding fish to make sure I was not going to provide unsuitable conditions for the fish that I wanted. It is clear, easy to read and appears to be accurate. Also, it looks nice enough to leave it in the tank so that the temperature can be checked regularly.
