Very disappointing

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I was looking for a new toy for my 16 month old cocker/dachshund cross. Read the reviews and bought this as it was supposedly durable.

What a disappointment and waste of money. Within 5 minutes of giving it to him he had ripped it with ease and I had to dispose of it.

(However, I bought a Busy Buddy Chuckle Treat toy at the same time and this is a great success).

My 9 week old Border Collie dog, Keir loves this ball. He's not been able to shred the rubber like he has on other rubber toys so this is brilliant and safe. As he's teething, the "grassy" parts are really good for his gums :)

Our greyhound / labrador coss absolutely loves this ball and we are going to get a couple more for the car, caravan etc. This ball has a unique combination of very tough rubber and yet still bounces very well and treats can also be popped inside. Other balls are either sponge rubber (which bounce great but she bites chunks out of them) or hard rubber (which don't bounce and are too heavy to throw.). This is her favourite toy - out of a very large selection!!

This ball is great, my dog loves ball's but chews all other toys but not this one. It can be used to stuff treats inside or use just like a ball. great value too.

My 9 month old Labrador/GSD cross puppy loves this ball, so much we went back and bought another 3. It comes on every walk and she gets excited when it is time to play with it. She has never attempted to destroy this ball, unlike others we have tried. It has a handy hole each side, convenient to place a finger in without getting your hands dirty. The one we bought is pink, which is easier to see in the long grass.

This was one of the first toys we bought for our little rescue dog a year ago – he loves it, in fact it's probably his favourite toy. A year on he's happily chewing away on his second one. Considering he destroys most toys in a matter of minutes and plays with this one continuously, this toy is excellent value. It is also incredibly popular with his doggy chums when they come to play.

My Dalmatian puppy has a history of destroying most of the toys that I buy him but this one is still in one piece after 2 weeks which I think is a new record. He loves it & it's usually the first thing he runs to in the garden. He was very upset when we put it in the paddling pool & he had to work out how to put his head under water to get it out (it sinks!). Very good toy for active dogs that like to chew.

This toy just keeps are dog amused for hours, especially when you put a treat inside as they just won't leave it alone.
