I first bought one of these when one of our guinea pigs died. The remaining guinea pig missed having her friend to snuggle up to. Since then we have always had one in the cage. It keeps them warm on the coldest nights. I just wish it was big enough to fit 2 guinea pigs in, as one tends to sit inside and the other looks as if to say 'what about me?' As the cold weather is coming, I'm now going to buy a second bed.

Woud defenitly NOT recomend it for gerbils as they will chew it up in at least a day! ( because thats what happened to me!). But brilliant for guinea pigs especially in the winter when it gets cold. My piggys are only babies but for older guinea pigs you would have to get one each as is pretty small.

I brought one of these for my Guinea Pig. They are so good that I went back to pets at home & brought another two.
They can be washed in a machine at low temp, and don't take that long to dry.
Best used in a indoor cage & indoor run!

I got 2 brother guinea pigs at the same time nearly 2 years ago, while they were still quite small I bought one of these for them to sleep in they loved it so much! but as they started to get bigger there didn't seem to be enough room in the bed for both of them so I ended up having to buy another one they were both so happy they slept in them every night, until we got my newest guinea pig, we got him from a home that did want him anymore, he started pulling out and eating the fluff on the inside of the bed so I don't put it in the cage anymore but I like to have them in the beds on my bed so they are still able to enjoy them, would defiantly recommend this to anyone guinea pig owner!

I got this for my ferrets, both curl up quite happily inside when it's laid long end down, they do scratch the lining out, and after 2 years I'm just replacing their original one as it's now too badly damaged inside. Great value to last that long, I would definitely recommend this to other ferret owners.

this bed is very attractive and caught my eye straight away, it states it is large enough for all small animals. and was places in the rabbit section of my pets at home store. i bought it for my bunny who is only small at 4months. yet this bed it not big enough at all, my bunny fits in when i put him in but he wont get in by himself.i would recommend trying this out for piggies maybe as it should be big enough for two. but definitly not for rabbits.it was a waste of my money as it was quite expensive.
