Our Springer LOVES this toy...It's a ball you can play tug of war with.... amazing.
As he loves balls and carring items this does the trick perfectly.
Have had it a few weeks now and we keep as an outdoor toy mainly as it is quite heavy.
It's tough. That isn't to say that a dog who is 'toy destructor' wont make a dent. It's a toy at the end of the day and i'm sure will show signs of wear and tear after use.
So far so good for us - and I would happily replace when it finally wears out!

I bought this toy the day before I got my 8yr old rescue German Shepherd. He loves it as does our 1yr old Jack Russell. Although my German Shepherd does not destroy his toys, the Jack Russell does and it is he who has managed to put a hole in the toy by chewing it. However, saying that both dogs play happily with the toy and will hold a handle each in their mouths and play their own version of tug. Great toy that, although maybe a bit expensive, is well worth the money.

I was abit put off by the last review on this product and nearly didnt buy this toy but because I bought a 3 for 2 deal I thought I will go for it and get it. WOW what a awesome toy we have had it over 2 weeks now and it is so much fun! My 12month old Staffie/ridgeback cross loves it and it is very tough and still in one piece, We throw it for him and he loves running after it and fetching it. One thing though I do not recommend drop kicking it! It darn hard! even when we sitting on the couch at night he likes picking it up and bringing it to us. We will certainly be getting another one when this one has been worn out. (oh it also fun for tug a war - nice handle grips) all en all - a great toy in my opinion.
