My frenchie love this toy and so did I until he d squeaked it within a day. Most of his toys he breaks with in an hr, tennis balls he just pops! I was really happy when I thought I had finally found a toy that he wouldn't break but sadly he did. He is still a puppy so am disappointed with it. I would recommend it but only too a different breed of dog.

I would recommend this toy for small dogs/puppies.I have a Jack Russell terrier who looks for weak spots in every toy i give him and can usualy destroy any toy within half an hour (im not exaggerating!)...but this toy has lasted just over a week now!Its sealed at the ends so he cannot get his teeth in to get the squeaker out. Ive no doubt over time, he could possibly chew the squeaker through the side of the toy, but as it stands, this has got to be the best toy i have bought him for ages.I gave one less star because i think [$] is a bit steep for a dog toy, but thats Kong's for you, they are expensive.

Bought this for my mental Jack Russell. He loves squeaky toys but always manages to wreck the squeaker within minutes. This toy however lasted a good few weeks before he managed to wreck the squeak, was quite impressed! 2 months on and this is still his favourite toy, it doesnt squeak anymore but gives a kind of "puff" of air that still gets him excited. Inspite of this, Id still buy another for him! Think it would probably be great dogs that dont destroy toys like my wee menace!
