Kong Puppy Teething Sticks are an ideal toy toy to use during a puppy's teething stage (two to nine months of age) to help clean teeth and massage sore gums.

Ideal when used with Kong Stuff 'N' Paste Puppy Treat; simply squeeze a small amount into the grooves and let your puppy enjoy.

The specially designed grooves on Kong Puppy Teething Sticks close over teeth and gently clean and condition both teeth and gums helping to promote dental hygiene whilst helping to promote non destructive chewing.

You should check your dog's toys regularly for signs of wear and damage; removing worn and damaged toys immediately.

I have a five month old staffie that is teething, this has kept him interested and is playing with it all day, even when he has teased the last bit of treat out of it. It is easy to clean and tough, would recommend it to everyone

Bought this for my 5 month old Bichon Frise and he loves it! He is teething so likes to chew anything he can but this keeps him occupied for hours! I fill the inside with a mixture of treats and the Kong liver paste. The only thing I would say is that the treats and paste can get pushed and stuck in the middle so be sure to keep checking it and keep it clean as they cant reach those bits! Was a bit hesitant at first to buy it due to the price but I'm glad I did!

I bought this for my Jack Russell puppy over a year ago and he loved it, smeared mashed up food in it and he was occupied for ages. He's a year and a half now and he still waits for his Kong to be filled with his favourite meaty paste (which I make) Granted it's for puppies and my dog is needing it renewed but I'm getting him another for definite.

It's a bit dificult to clean but I'd suggest steeping it in hot soapy water and leaving it a while, this will loosen any uneaten food inside and along the groves. I've an old brush cleaner for cleaning out drinking tubes from a cycle shop which does the trick brilliantly but a good soak and wash in hot soapy water is good enough.

I also have a friend who has bought one for a kitten and she loves it too...

These are great in the idea, but I found that trying to get my dog to use it a nightmare! Unless I smeared food in the grooves she wouldn't give it the time of day. Once the food was in she chewed it, presumeably releiveing her need to chew during teethin, but trying to get any food remains from within the grooves is enough to drive you insane!! If you have a natural chewer then it probably works better, as neither of mine have been a problem for chewing anything! I found she prefered to chew ropes or fluffy toys to ease the teething pains, even if they hadn't got food on them!

Found this product really useful, both of my dogs loved it as puppies, kept them occupied for hours and I'm sure saved a lot of chewed furniture! Only con I found that my beagles were able to chew through it when they got a bit older, but would definately recommend for puppies!

Well, i've always been brought up with dogs although my parents brought me my own puppy last summer, so obveriously i've been pretty much addicted to buying her things! ha. but these toy to be honest is good! helped save a few things in the house during her teething period. my puppy loved it, loved having a chomp on it and helped her through her teething stages. recommended! :) i do have not found any faults with this product!

Dependent upon the size of the teething stick this ideal for all dogs (even the rabbit loves throwing this one about!)

Above all of the other advantages of the other Kong products the teething stick comes into its own if you buy a couple, and freeze them (in a freezer bag) either with the Kong mousse or another 'spreadable food-stuff' in the grooves. They really cool puppies gums as they start teething, and help to cool panting dogs down in the summer.
