This is a brilliant toy and it keeps my 3yr old Dobermann happy for about 20mins. I use it stuffed with soaked kibble and frozen, he absolutely loves it and it keeps him calm. Although the only down side is that it does fall apart after about 3 months use so the need to buy 3 a year can be a bit expensive as he needs the large size.

We bought this for our Beagle puppy Zeus yesterday . He is only 8 months old ! He has completely destroyed it within 1 day . If a Beagle can destroy it within 1 day , I would hate to see a bigger dog with one ! Very disappointed with the product .

My 2 and a half year old Lab is a power chewer & I have not been able to find any chew toy/product that she hasn't destroyed within minutes. The extreme Kong is brilliant! She's had it for almost a month & it's all in tact & one teeth mark is the only appearance on it.
We leave it with her during the day filled with her small treats & peanut butter while we're at work & plays with it once the food is gone. She has never been bored with it & it is now her favourite toy.

this is great for my labrador! he loves it so much and has two kong toys. they are very durable and are one of the only toys he has left after a lot of chewing. the kong paste is also very appetising to him. kong paste is not the only thing he enjoys in this toy! he also enjoys salmon paste and small dog biscuits. he had a classic kong when he was a puppy, however, after turning one, he needs an extreme chew! he gives us some time to our-selves when he has his kong! great value, and pretty much indestructible !

I remember my dog loving his kong growing up and I'm very happy to get him one again. As a labrador, he is notorious for his food begging and bin wrecking ways. I also bought the kong paste to go with it which makes it nice and easy to fill up his kong. It's very touch - my dog really goes for it and has broken other treat toys from chewing before. It doesn't seem to take him long to get out all of the filling though so he's soon back to being restless again. But that's the only down side

Have tried cheaper versions, but the original Kong comes out on top. I board quite a few large breed dogs and the Kong keeps them happy for hours if I have to leave them for a period of time. They are great as can be filled with all sorts and easy to freeze. They are pricey but are really durable!

My Alaskan Malamute puppy is now 10 months old and it has been a long expensive journey to find a toy that she will not and cannot destroy, we have tried almost all toys that said long lasting, indestructible.....not a chance....she ate through them all till we got a kong...fabulous...great ....brilliant...what more can i say. Even without the special kong paste she plays and chews for ages..carries it round the house and even outside, the kids will roll it round for her and she finds it very funny that it rolls around in circles.
I wouldnot attempt to give her anything else now, she loves her kong so much, it is the best toy ever!

I use these for my 3 labradors that destroy mosst toys so far we have had this 6 months and its still going strong. I dont use it with treats as my dogs just enjoy chasing and chewing it.
