I use biocatolet for my rabbit as he has an allergy to dust. It smells fresh, lasts a long time and easy to clean him out with. Definitely recommend!

I have used this in the past when I kept rats and found it the ideal substrate as wood pellets cannot be used fir rats.

Just started to use fir my bunny litter tray. Love it , great stuff, 'nuff said!

Tried so many cat litters over the years, having mainly indoor cats. This is the BEST! No odour, No mess. It's perfect. I change my cat litter tray every day, I put newspaper in then a litre jug full of this cat litter. Therefore a bag lasts me a month. I would never go back to using anything else.

Great product for rats as it's safe for their use. Keeps the odour to a minimum and soaks up moisture fast.

25 litres is enough to last roughly a month dependant on the siz eof your cage and frequency of your cleaning out, i find twice a week seems to be fine in keeper the cage clean with no odour.

I'm not sure this would be the best litter to use for cats as it can be difficult to spot where it's been soiled (although this could be due to rats having significantly smaller bladders than cats! But if you're after a suitable bedding / flooring for your Ratties i can't recommend this enough.

I have 2 cats with one refusing to go to the toilet outside and had taken to weeing on the floor next to the litter tray sometimes 3 times a day. We had taken her to the vets and there was nothing wrong with her and it was just down to her being fussy. We have had this problem for well over 4 months to the point my husband had given her a month to sort it out or we had to get her re-homed (we have a baby on the way). I had tried every type of litter and she just wouldn`t use it. This was my last resort and amazingly it worked! We haven`t had any accidents since using it. She also appears to be a lot happier in herself. It is completly dust free and really good value for money as it is quite compressed in the bag and a little goes a long way. This litter has quite literally saved my cat!

I have 2 adult cats and 2 kittens who all use a litter tray. I tried this because I couldn't get a delivery of my usual brand.The only way to use this product is to change the whole lot every time the cats have been in the tray as,apart from obvious solid waste,you can't tell what is soiled or not, so it's not economical. It smells awful, and my kittens, who were used to using a clay type, hate it. There are pieces of it all over the floor. My usual brand is now available, I won't even use what is left of this. I've never left a review before but feel really strongly that this productis not suitable at all for use in an indoor cat litter tray.

With 2 kittens aged 6 months we've been trying various cat litters to see which works for them and for us! On our trials we tried Bio Catolet, after reading some reviews we felt it could be what we were looking for.
How wrong we were! It has poor absorbency, and turns to a soggy pulp in less than a day, it has poor odour control and sticks to our kittens feet ending up all over the house!
This is a really poor product and not one I would recommend!

Used this product for the first time, one lot in my cats tray, female 5 years, one lot in my kittens tray, female 11 months.

Less tracking than wood but other to that awful. I remove solids every day and mix the tray several times a day with all litters. Only lasted a couple of days with the cat before it began to smell and as for the kitten it was getting a bit smelly this morning, by this evening the tray absolutely STANK of ammonia and my poor kitten had decided to wee in the shower instead.

Im lucky, because if it was me with that awful litter in my tray, id have gone all over the house!

I imagine this litter would be great for small rodents but I know that it would have been useless for my male lop eared rabbit and I'd rather use pine or silica crystals any day with my cats and risk stepping on the odd one.

We've used a number of litters since we first got our cats - standard clay (horrible tracking, dust and smell), Catsan (meant to be odour free but with 1 cat after two days (solids removed) it smelt absolutely awful) and wooden pellets (entire house covered in sawdust). We recently switched to this and it is fabulous! No odour, no dust, no tracking! We mixed this with wooden pellets at first but now cats are fully in the swing of it and happily use it. Reasonable price at Pets at Home.
