The Litter Mat by Pets at Home is a great way to keep the area around your cat's litter tray clean and tidy.

Made with special tufted plastic fibres, our Litter Mat traps litter particles to help keep your floor free from litter tracking.

Place in front of your cat’s litter tray so any litter particles on your cat’s paws are caught, then simply shake or vacuum out.

Also suitable for use underneath feeding bowls to catch stray food.

I have 5 indoor cats, so used these in front of their litter trays, These mats took a while for my cats to get used to as they just jumped over them, but are now wiping there paws on them which saves me mopping the floor throughout the day, i wash and leave them to dry overnight, and put the large one down at night, Great Product

Started using this for entry to cat litter area at sea but switched it to a feeding mat the cat can sit on whilst eating - fantastic product for this purpose - when it's rough and all around is rocking wildly in a gale the cat can be found calmly holding tight on this mat enjoying dinner! Brilliant high grip travel mat, to both smooth floor and cat..

This mat was great until my kitten realised she good chew it to pieces. I agree with some of the other comments in that it needs to be more durable. The liter gets stuck in the fibres. I only wanted this to trap any residue off the kittens feet, it was way harder to clean up the shreaded mat than mop the floor each day.

I have two, 6-month old kittens who have a litter tray with a front flap but still kick liitter out. I came across this litter mat and although the reviews weren't very positive, I decided to give it a try for myself.It's a brillant product in theory, and worked a treat... for about a week. That's how long it took Carrie and Cosmo to reaslie they could a) tear chunks off it and b) that it was fun. I now find loads of bits of litter mat around my flat.My advice... do not waste your [$].

I bought larger rectangular one. Very effective at trapping litter and stopping it spreading around the house. Should be easy to shake out litter but mat tears very easily (even just trying to pick it up!!) so have to be ultra careful when trying to clean. Definitely needs to be made more durable. If was more durable then would definitely recommend, but as it is, look for something that will last not fall apart when just picking up.

I think the mat is great ( i have the semi-circle one's). I have two of them, one for each of my cats litter box and they work well at stopping litter going everywhere. Goos value for money too :)

I have 3 Maine Coons who do not go outside so having the correct litter box arrangement is very important. I had a semi-circular mat from you some time ago and decided to change it for a new rectangular one. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The old one was VERY durable ......... and I threw it away!!!! The new one lasted maybe 2 weeks and then the fibre surface just started demolishing. It looks awful but it does trap grit. Come on, get the old one back in a rectangle!! Please!!!!!

I bought two of the large ones of these mats. Every time you lift them to hoover it's a mission not to rip them. One had a rip in by the time I got it home.
SERIOUSLY, Respect your customers and get a replacement for this product!

My cats have pulled the entire thing to pieces, it tears so easily. Also it doesnt help to control any mess, i still get cat litter all over the carpet. Would not recomend, steer clear of this product.
