Door flap broke after less than 6 months

One of the small plastic 'hooks' that keeps the door flap attached broke off after less than 6 months use. The litter tray has only been used by one cat. Spoke to my local Pets at Home store to arrange a replacement and they didn't seem very surprised (but to be fair they were willing to replace it without discussion).

Only other thing to note is that tray sits on four 'feet' which affect the shape of the inside of the tray (very hard to describe!) and therefore make cleaning the tray out a bit more difficult and fiddly than it could have been.

Other than that, it's perfect!!

Having acquired a 3rd cat, a ragdoll, 9 months ago, I had to buy another litter tray and decided on this XL tray. After some 8 months the flap broke on the entrance and was advised by PAH staff that I could buy a replacement on line. After scrutinising the PAH website, I couldn't find any replacement parts at all, so I rang the head office, they put me back in touch with my local store, St.Helens, I spoke to a lovely girl and she was much more helpful than the original staff member who had told me to order on line! She organised for a whole new top section of the litter tray to be replaced and they would sort the replacement out in store. So once again the litter tray is like new, which is fantastic as I get my new ragdoll kitten in 3 days! I would definately recommend my local store and staff for being so helpful and polite. nothing was too much trouble.

Our cat loves it! Being a Mainecoon this cat litter box is big enough and sturdy enough to keep him clean and the house smelling nice!
He had no problems using it at all.
