I bought this as it is what my corn snake had in her 'home' at the store, and wanted to make her feel comfortable in her new surroundings. It is attractive, but have found that she will only eat off it as she associates it with feeding time, and I want to feed her evenutally outside of her vivarium. For now, I am more than happy with it.

great i have one for my amber striped millipede it loves it. its great for them to curl up and go to sleep in. shame it doesn't come in different sizes

Looks really good in any style and size viv :) not suitable from anything bigger than a leopard gecko as the entrance is fairly small.

i use this coconut hide for my caramel hatchling male corn snake that i bought from pets at home. its the hide that he uses most and he prefers it to his other cave hide and its also more attractive than the cave hide. they are more suitable for hatchling corn snakes but you will have to buy a larger hide for them when they get older and a downfall is they dont come bigger than the current size. they are also good for the snake to climb on and because of the rough texture it helps them to shed. what isn't so great about it is because its so attractive to the corn snake and they feel more secure in there because it isn't so large they prefer to stay in there which means they dont spend as much time on the opposite side of the tank (hot or cool) but to fix this problem you could buy TWO coconut hides so they can spend as much time on one side that they do on the other :)
