Description

This Microwave Comforter by Buttons and Bear is a great snuggle buddy for your puppy.

It can be heated up by removing the wheat sack from the comforter and placing in the microwave for 30 seconds on a high setting.

The wheat sack can then be replaced in the comforter to make a nice warm toy for your puppy to curl up with.

The perfect treat for any pampered pooch.

Melted in microwave!!

We got this for our poodle puppy shortly. This product looks adorable and we had no hesitation picking it out from the others that were available. I agree with the other reviews that say the product doesn't stay warm long, but still it would be better than nothing on her first few nights sleeping alone. On about the 4 night of using the product I took it out of the microwave to find the internal casing had melted and as a consequence the filling had gone everywhere!!! If I'd kept the receipt I'd have asked for my money back, instead it went straight in the bin!

Wish i had read the reviews before wasting my money! Took about 5 attempts to get even slightly warm in the microwave and then remained luke warm for about a minute. Very disappointing for a new product!

Pointless. I bought this as I thought it would be safer than a hot water bottle (I do have fear of hot water bottles leaking) but it is cold by the time we get locked up and the doors closed. Absolutely no use at all. Not necessarily a flaw of this product alone, I have bought something similar for myself in the past with the same result.

It looks lovely and is a great idea. However, in practice it goes cold after 1 or 2 mins. I have learnt my lesson, go for a hot water bottle, cheaper and much more effective.

I bought this to keep my 4yr old Bulldog who has spinal issues warm, this item is TOTALLY USELESS, it's go cold within minutes.

To be honest, it is okay. It doesn't, however, contain heat very well. I used this for my elderly yorkie Elsie, and it seemed ok with her, but she soon got cold because it stopped giving heat. Now i have a twelve week old golden retriever who i used it for until he decided to use it as a toy - now i just use a hot water bottle

Tried to use this to help my 8 week old Labrador pup. She scrables her bed a little to make a nest sort of thing and didnt seem to like it, it didnt make the cut for her, not only that but it doesnt retain heat for more than 10 mins and is poorly stitched and finished. It doesnt comfort her at all. Also when i took it out to reheat the day after using, it had a small hole in the weak, cheap material on the inside, meaning this product could be a danger to her so will never leave her with it for the future. to be honest its a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

My 8 week British bulldog puppy so enjoys this item. Really helps to settle him at bed time and at other times of the day when he becomes restless. Use warm or cold, both seem to have the same effect. No problems with quality or with heating product as described in other reviews. For me a great product, the best item we currently have for our puppy!

Thought this product would be great for our new puppy that we are due to pick up in a few days as I thought at least it would replicate the body heat of her litter mates but once home I was explaining to my daughter how it worked and went to take out the microwavable section and it had a hole in it - it had not even been stitched up properly, very disappointed. The outside is good quality but I am not impressed with the microwaveable insert and as the outer is only fastened with velcro I was expecting a much better quality insert as I would have thought a puppy could easily get into to it.

we brought Raiden our staffy home at 5 weeks after her mum became aggressive
I pop bear in her bed in her crate and she takes herself off to bed.
It is a great help getting her back down after the early morning toilet break too, just warm it up for 30 seconds in the microwave, pop it in her bed and put her paws on it.
Teddy's ears get chewed occasionally but then she's off with no more fuss and the ears are showing no signs of wear from the sharp teeth.
