Its bonded vinyl upper with a non slip PVC sole makes it ideal for post-operation wear.

I bought this boot to keep my dogs paw dry after he cut his pad but it really doesnt work. The wet just went straight through! Setting back the healing time. It also wasnt a really good shape. My dog had to be kept on the lead for walks and the boot wore out after two walks!

This product states it keeps pets injuries safe and dry !

Well I don't think so after my dog had stitches and bandages to keep dry I bought this product .. One 10min walk on wet ground and I had to pay more money at the vets for the bandages to be changed as the wet went straight through

I bought this boot when my dog cut the pad on its paw. I thought it would be useful because it was supposed to be weatherproof and I thought it would keep his paw clean and dry. This was not the case. When I removed the boot after the first use, I had to wring out the bandage it was so wet. He also limped far more with the boot on than when it was off which would make me think it couldnt have been very comfortable for him to wear. Do not waste your money.

I bought this product for my 15 year old dog to protect a claw that he recently caught. I tried it out on him for fit and comfort and the insole glue was so sparse the insole fell out. I thought I would try it out on a walk anyway, it lasted about 5 minuets before the whole sole was worn through! Rubbish! Do not buy!

Our Golden Retriever cut his paw and had to have stitches and bandages. I bought this boot but it has proved ineffective! It does not keep wet out when he walks on grass and after a couple of days it has started wearing through.

Sole wore through in 2 days. Large size purchased. Reinforced sole is just thin cheap plastic. Note - weatherproof does not mean waterproof. Had to wrap paw in sandwich bag before putting on boot to keep dressing dry. Pack says "Not intended for prolonged use" - does 2 days count as prolonged?

First time on wet ground and bandage underneath was soaking wet ! better off with a poly bag. you only get what you pay for but at [$] this is not even worth that. Save yourself money and buy a more expensive boot which will probably be much better. Don't know who tested this product but they certainly were way off the Mark.

bought boot with velcro strips, for golden retriever to keep foot dry, as he had badly cut his paw on glass whilst out walking, assured by assistant that would be fine to street walk and not just quick wee in the garden. It was a snug fit, but only lasted one day before bandages became sodden and return visit to vet's to have dressings changed. product is not weatherproof as stated on package.

I have a collie cross, and the smallest size is too large. They are only really suitable for indoor use as they quickly wear away when used even for short pavement walks. They are better than nothing but having bought three in one week, I will be looking to buy the more robust but expensive [@] Dog Boot in case my dog cut her pad again.

We got this for our dog who had sliced open his pad and needed bandages to help healing. He would chew the bandages so we got this to prevent him from doing so. We were advised not to walk him as the wound would just keep opening up again. It worked fine for just being in the house. However he chewed it overnight and that was the end of that!! I wouldn't imagine it lasting on a walk. But I don't think that's the purpose of the boot. I would only recommend this if the dog has been advised not to walk and isn't a chewer!!
