Comments about Pets At Home Medium Litter Liners 12 Pack:
Firstly, the product I have got is in the packaging pictured above, but it's definitely not padded, absorbent or rip-resistant. They are just litter tray-shaped bin liners. I knew that's what I was getting when I bought them, but just to point this out to others. So, the liners. I've just got a new cat and need to keep him in for 4 weeks. Anything that makes cleaning the litter tray easier was worth looking at, and these were on offer so I tried them.Biggest problem is they rip easily. Each liner ends up full of holes and slits after the first use, so it leaks when the cat needs to use the tray multiple times overnight. So I'm still having to wash the tray every couple of days. This problem might be lessened if the liner would lie flat, but it doesn't.I'm not sure whether it's because the liner won't lie flat or because it's made of plastic, but the cat doesn't seem to like it that much. He is no longer burying his poos, no more detail needed there. Also because of the folds and tucks in the liner, you seem to need to put more litter in than you would if you used the tray alone. Somehow rescuing the unsoiled litter when you dispose of that liner (which you're desperate to get into the bin because it's leaking a trail of litter through the claw holes) is pretty difficult and so I've wasted a lot.
