We strongly recommend that you purchase a shelf, ladder, feed bowl, tubes and water bottle to go with this cage as the cage does not come supplied with these items and is not a suitable living environment without additional accessories.

Make sure you get the additional tubes
The holes on standard cage are only covered with a plastic plug which my hamster has worked out how they open and has escaped a few times
Worth getting a better cage imo

When I first bought the product it was very hard to assemble and even though it said it takes two to five minutes to set up it took us fourth minutes I would recommend buying the cage before you get the hamster because it would take a while to put up and it takes a while to clean . The cage is fun for the hamster and a bit easy to clean.

A bit fiddly to set up, but once done, very solid, easy to clean, roomy for the hamster and space for lots of toys. Would be nice if more tubes though.

The four side clips supplied do not fit the cage and therefore cannot be assembled. I had to return to the store, where they supplied clips from a different cage. I generally don't thnk the cage is good quality and I fear that the hamster could easliy chew the securing clips.
