The Pink Palace housing unit for hamsters, mice or gerbils includes everything needed to keep your pet happy and entertained.

The large palace themed cage includes a good range of tubes and tunnels and a number of units and rooms for your pet to climb and explore.

As well as the large main living area, and various sleeping or hiding units, the Pink Palace also comes with a detachable travel unit.

Suitable for Hamsters, Gerbils and Mice (can be used for dwarf hamsters and mice with alternative horizontal layout)

The cage was very tough to set up and took 4 hours to set up
But my gerbils love it there is lots to do and it keeps them entertained

This product has taken me 4 hours to build however I'm very satified with the quality and my gerbils love it xx

Do not buy this for your hamster, we have had it for 8 months, the wheel is wobbly and the hamster cannot use it! Cleaning the tubes is a pain, kids cannot do it, our hamster was a present for our 9 year old, she always gets me to clean the tubes and putting them together is a real pain. Our hamster was really young when we got him, about 10 weeks and there is no way he could climb the tube as shown on the box. I dont feel its robust enough and user friendly enough. We are now looking for another cage, I will let you know what we decide on but it will not be anything like this!

Appalling!

As someone who is DIY savvy and experienced in assembling flat-pack, I must admit I didn't take too much notice of the reviews stating that it was hard to assemble. But pride comes before a fall.......
It took over three hours to assemble the tubing. As our gerbils tended to urinate in the tubing it needed to be taken apart to give it a thorough cleaning so then it took another 2 hours to reassemble. The second time I had to clean it I ended up getting so annoyed that it was pitched in the bin and the old gerbilarium retrieved from the shed.
Life is far to short to spend this amount of time cleaning and reassembling plastic tubing!

I got a mouse recently from a friend with this cage, all for free! So, for me, it was good value for money ;)
So far my mouse, Ethel, seems to like it but it seems a little bit wobbly, and I've had to sellotape up around the pipes

Please don't buy this cage. It looks fabulous & my two "princess pink" daughters thought it was fantastic. To build the cage is ridiculous; we had three adults at one point trying to fit the tubes together! Then you have to do it all again when washing & cleaning. The inner connecting tubes were two small for our Syrannian baby hamster at 9 weeks old. There is only a small part which has metal air vents & our hamster kept climbing ontop of the really small wheel to sharpen her teeth & hang off them. In the end we returned the item to Pets home; as all the staff agreed & said they never recommend this cage - so stop selling it. We purchased Savic Hamster Heaven Metro Cage; which was about twenty quid more expensive & our hamster loves it. She has tonnes of room as it is vast!, she swings of the cage & seems like a really happy hamster. Our girls can easily put their hands in to retrieve our hamster & love it when the hamster is running/swinging or collecting food that they have hung up for her. You can easily add toys which you could not do with the pink palace!! In hindsight I think the rotastack is a cruel way to keep a hamster.

This looks great and tunnels are great but within 30 minutes 1 ring had broken so had to change the tube the house doesn't stay elevated and the gnaw rings drop off - buying a ferplast cage today ( have had cage for 2 days) and returning - do not buy

I bought this cage for older hamster but sadly she didnt like it so bought another hamster to live in it . Daragh loves playing in his cage i have bought many accsesorys since and I love the fact that it can change set up every week .I have had to get my dad to remove the wheel as it was too small and was hurting his back .But generaly ,very happy with it !

good and fun for the hamsters

good cage and not hard to set up, has plenty of space for hamsters to move around and keeps it from getting board and keeps the hamster occupied. But my hamster marjan found out how to get out , first where the water bottle was then the twisty top then the tube. new cage for her i think.

But over all i would recommend it because nobody else i know has had any problems and is really good quality.
