Description

Suitable for the following small pet breeds:

Chipmunks, Dwarf Hamsters, Ferrets, Gerbils, Giant Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Mice, Rabbits, Rats.

ProC Probiotic contains friendly bacteria (probiotic), soluble fibre (prebiotic), Vitamin C and Glucose providing digestive support for your pet.

ProC Probiotic is recommended to be used when your pet is undergoing stressful situations or veterinary treatment for short term illness as a boost to its natural immune system.

Ideal for guinea pigs who, like humans, do not have the required enzyme to naturally produce Vitamin C; although most nugget food does contain a source of Vitamin C, if not stored correctly this can deteriorate.

ProC can be added to your guinea pigs water to ensure it receives the correct amount of vitamin C in its diet.

Bought this for a very ill hammy, helped quite a bit but only wish I bought this sooner. You can use it alongside vet treatments and has proven very effective. Seems expensive at first look but it lasts ages (if using for little ones) and you will never look back!! Best to mix in a measuring jug and pour into the water bottle, or just sprinkle on food. Hammys don't seem to mind either way but the dose is easier to get right in water. Would also recommend this for new Hammys, never had wet tail whilst using this product, stress definitely reduced as a result. Amazing product!!

The great thing about this product is that the animal actually enjoys drinking it, which is important for hydration. It's really useful during times of stress and illness, particularly for rabbits that are being force-fed to alleviate gut stasis. I use it whenever i feel that my little ones are in need of extra digestive support. Sometimes i'm sure it saves me a trip to the vet, but always take your animal to see a professional if they appear unwell.

It's ok, and good at relieving stress particularly for brining home my new hamster where being stressed can cause a fatal disease called Wet Tail. However, it's a bit of a fuss to use and when I'm in a rush I just haven't got time to get my hamster's bottle, clean it and then go and get the tub, clean the scoop, measure out half a scoop (because a whole one is too much) and aim to get it in the bottle top without spilling it over the sides and then put it all away again.

I have been using this for one year old cavalier king charles spaniel who has always had a rather dodgy tummy from birth. After tying various foods with no success I was recommended this[...] Within 3 days of using the product daily in his water his digestion had improved dramatically and within two weeks his bowel movements were more regular, firmer and not as smelly. He has also stopped farting constantly which is a huge plus :) This stuff is brilliant and easy to use. I add one scoop to the water bowl daily or over his food. Try it!Very good product will continuing using this as it is gentle and suitable for long term use my vet tells me.

While I was away on holiday my beautiful guinea had to be left behind. He missed me badly and wasn't used to not being cuddled for so long. His immunity suffered for it and when I came back I found him with dandruff. I used this straight away and the next day the dandruff was gone almost completely! My cavy is also a very fussy eater and won't eat anything unnatural, but he didn't notice anything different with his water and isn't drinking any more or less than usual. Great product! I will be buying it again. Anything that jelps me beautiful boy is worth giving 5 stars!

my new hamster (not had one before) has got runs just 4days after bringing her home. was strongly advised to buy this when was getting everything i needed, i did't, wished i had now may of stopped her runs. reviews are good about this product hopefully will help her get better.

I use this product to help my hammys when they have wet tail and it definately comes in handy and it does work after one or two uses. It became very useful for my hamster skittles who is suffering from secondeary infecton due to a health problem he has. It great to use along veterinarian treatment i find it seems give him a pick me up what i thought was wonderful about it. I would definately keep buying this product and im definately going to recomend this all my friends who have animals.

My guinea pigs are very fussy, so trying to get enough vitamin C down them is difficult. ProC Probiotic solves the problem. I add it to their water or sprinkle it on their food, and they don't notice it. A very effective product.

I sprinkle some of this over my guinea pigs food and he doesn't even taste it. He just carries on eating as he does normally. It works very well and definitely seems to be making a difference.

Apply 1 scoop to every 100ml of water. It is useful for keeping away wet tail and boosting your pets immune system. The only downfall of this product is the scoop, for it is not a good for dispensing powder!
I have already recommended this product to a friend!
