The Rabbit 100 Guinea Pig and Dwarf Rabbit Cage by Ferplast is an ideal home to bring your small pets indoors, whilst keeping the living space of a conventional hutch.

Coming complete with:

Removable base tray for easy cleaning;
1 x Plastic Hay Racks to keep food off the ground and help keep your cage clean and food fresh;
1 x Plastic Feeding Bowl;
1 x Plastic Water Bottles;
Plastic home to provide a retreat for your rabbit or guinea pig;
1 x Access door measuring 93 x 32cm.

Rabbits and guinea pigs need lots of exercise in order to stay happy and healthy.

A rabbit or guinea pig should never permanently be kept in its cage and should be let out in a suitable run for exercise.

Indoor cages are only suitable as temporary homes.

nice easy temp/indoor cage

I bought this when i got my dwarf rabbit as a temporary home while i decided what i was going to get for his permanent..He has become a house rabbit and I just use this as his base for pooping, food and water I NEVER CLOSE him in as it is too small for him . he just comes and goes as he pleases and runs around the house freely. for this i feel it is suitable it is also easy to clean and very lightweight

This product is too small for even dwarf rabbits. It would be suitable as a base as long as the rabbit is NEVER shut in there. Other possible ideas to make this a good home for a rabbit could include fixing a play pen to it creating more space for the rabbit to stretch out and hop.

The RWAF Rabbit welfare and trust fund states that the requirement for rabbits are a hutch/cage size of 6' x 2' x 2', which allows rabbits some room to move, stand on their hind legs and enough space for the food, toilet and sleeping areas to be kept apart.

The size of of this is no where near

This is much too small to keep a rabbit in for any amount of time, the RSPCA guidelines are minimum of 6x2x2 ft excluding a run. This should never be used for a rabbit.

I bought this last year and the guinea pigs love it! The should not be kept in it all day as it is not enough room to run about unless they are babies. The guinea pigs got a little bit big for the sleeping area and the bottom of the cage stains quite easily. Overall it's a good cage!

i have had this cage just about 1 year now and its vey good i think cages are what you make them to be honest i make mine really homley and have 1 part as a bed room and kitchen very good piggies love to run around in it

I have just bought this for my Guinea Pig to go in the corner of my Living Room. Although the base colour is nice (I bought Grey), i hate the fact the cage opens up at the side and not at the top. I wish there were two options for openings like the old cage i had and if not two options, I wish it was a top opening as I find it quite difficult to open up at the side because I have limited space. Also, I don't understand why the design has a grid on the inside bottom of the base instead it being smooth and plain like its sides... It just makes it harder to clean as I use kitchen roll to wipe the disinfectant off and the tissue just gets caught in the grid! As with all cages I've had, I think this will stain easily but that can't be helped. I don't use the platform or bowls just the water bottle but I think I will replace the bottle at some point...

The only plus side to this cage is the size, it's suitable for one or two Guinea Pigs and maybe one small rabbit.

For what it is, it's pricey but if I were happy with this product I wouldn't have even mentioned the price. All in all, I'm not impressed but there wasn't much option around for me to get anything else for indoor use.

We got this for our one eyed guinea pig puff as he had just lost his eye it is really good but i would advise you to have an outside run or cage as well for the summer.

I got this the other day for my new guinea pigs as they couldn't go in with the ones I already had. It's a good cage, and makes a good home for my guinea pigs. They love sleeping in the bedroom type thing provided and they have plenty of room to walk around. I have a few little things in it to keep them entertained while they're in there. The majority of the time they're out of the cage. The water bottle that is also provided is such a great and large size. The hayfeeder however I've found to be quite useless. Ive filled it up with hay and it always ends up everywhere. All over my carpets. It must be where my pigs are nudging it to get hay out and it's just falling out the bottom. Anyway, this has now been stored away and I now just give them a corner filled with hay. They seem to prefer this anyway as they can hide in it. Overall, I think this is a great cage, however, slightly overpriced.

Bought this because I was getting a rabbit at pets at home that day but did not bring enough money for a hutch.My new rabbit loves this cage! I will be getting a hutch soon to put outside but will keep this cage to put him in in winter or when it's cold.The platform takes up lots of space in the cage but i just removed it.
