I got this product for my Syrian Hamster. My hamster does like it and finds it quite comfortable but it needs to be replaced very regularly. It doesn't really absorb very well and in the bag, the pieces are stuck together so you have to tear them apart.. Also, some of the pieces are very small and hard to tear apart so you end up wasting quite a lot of it.. About 40% of the pieces are the perfect size and they seem to work very well!

My Hamster dosent like it!!!

My hamster likes to burrow into things but with this he cant,he just sits on top of it. Also it comes out in uneven clumps which are stuck together. Its okay i suppose for a basic bedding but i wouldn't use it again or recommend it.

My new rabbit is only 9 weeks old and is going to be living outdoors in a large chicken coop with run attached. I was worried that he was going to be really cold but I divided his bedding area into 2 and filled one side with this bedding. I Put his little tunnel over it to make it more secure for him. He spent ages pulling it around and making it comfortable for himself and now has chosen it over the other half (which has loads of hay) to sleep in at night.

My hamster Neville loves this bedding in his nests and its great value for money due to the fact that its nice a soft and thick therefore a little goes a long way!!
