I have a yorkshire terrier called Bindi she loves it she sleeps in it at night is well for training to sleep in 1 place, I think its decent but not as good as some other carriers I've used in the past but this comes in 3rd bestm I quite like the design too, but it could have been a little less bulky since I have a rather small car!

This said small online but when i picked it up is rather roomy...not complaining as was very good priced but if wanting a small one buy in store and not online and would easy fit a small dog. Very pleased.

Just recently adopted a cat and it was supposed to be the first vet trip for her, when i finally got her into carrier and picked it up to leave house the door came completely off, therefore causing her to escape and get under bed were i couldn't get her out and had to cancel my appointment so i highly recomend you avoid this

used it a few times and very good! strong, sturdy and my cat 3 year old cat fits in there with enough room to move around. the only bad thing about it is the clip things that keep the gate shut are a bit dodgy when your trying to open one side, but when its shut its completely safe

Have had this carrier for a couple of years, only used for short trips to and from vet, on the last outing my cat managed to open the gate which fell off its hinges (literally) and she ran off. She was missing for a week! I will not be using this carrier again and am looking for something a lot sturdier.
It looks sturdy, but even when you have a lightweight cat in it, it feels like the top buckles and the handle doesn't feel very secure either.
I am very disappointed in this product.

I initially bought this pet carrier in a rush due to an impending emergency vet visit for one of my cats. It was the cheapest model on the shelf and I did not have great expectations of it for this reason. However I have been very pleased with my purchase and can thoroughly recommend it.

It seemed sturdy, well-built and durable and its design enabled plenty of space for my cat to be comfortable in it. The door is a little tricky to manage at first but with practice it becomes simple to open and close.
Its surface is easy to wipe clean and it is a lightweight product that is easy to carry around.

Considering this was one of the cheapest products in this range its quality and durability is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending this pet carrier to owners of small cats.

My rescue cat did not like being in the carrier. It says suitable for animals up to 5kg, she is only 2.5kg and still seemed to have little room. On the first outing to the vet the handle broke and I had to carry her with my arms around the whole box. The door also seems poorly designed, so when it's wide open it swings back blocking the entrance. Needless to say I will be returning the carrier asap.

Good job my husband was here to assemble the carrier as no instructions and I'm useless at DIY !! Brilliant carrier, roomy and secure certainly for our rescue cat who will be coming to live shortly. [...] I shall certainly shop at Pets at Home again.

Good for what is says - short journeys, not to be used too often.
You put the plastic hanle on yourself, which is a bit of a nuisance at it didn't go on, so I just carry my cat without it!
