i was really dissapointed with this product, having two cats and two dogs i was for ever lasting filling the water bowl i thought this would solve my problem, it is extremely difficult to fill without making a mess, not to mention it decides to overflow and leak, not happy.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying. I have experienced all the problems that others have had with floods and leaks.
Pets at home should withdraw this product if they take customer care seriously .

I found this great I had no problems with it at all and did wonder if other people had mistakenly bought the food one the colours etc are the same. As mine has given me no leakage it doesn't even fill to the top. Great for my dogs.

The problem with this item is that the lid doesn't fit correctly, Because of this you cannot create a vacuum and water just leaks out over the floor. As this will mainly be used when you're away or out, coming back to water all over the floor will be a cause for alarm, let alone your cat won't have any water cause it leaks away within minutes.
Try and buy one with a sealed top, you can find many out there, this is just a waste of time and money.

I very nearly took this item back because after I had assembled and filled it - it leaked all over the floor 3 or 4 times because the water flowed out from the bottom. Then it clicked once I had put the base on and turned the container the right way up (this can be a little tricky) I pushed the lid down a few times and bubbles rose to the top of the container (creating a vacuum). Bingo no more leaks as the water will not flow from the container. It took a while to work this out, but now I have I'm really pleased with this item.

Totally useless. Took 1st one back because lid wouldn't fit and water poured out. 2nd - just as useless, if lid is on properly it creates a vaccum and NO water comes out.

This does not work. I bought mine today and within 3 hours had returned it for a refund. I set it up as per instruction and went out for 30 mins. I came back to a flooded wooden floor. It simply doesn't work. Waste of money. Buy a bowl instead.

I bought this product for my two cats when i got it home i started
To fill it up has i was filling it up the water was coming out i then realised you have to fill it up from the bottom i started doing that and when the water bottle was almost full the lid came off and got totally soaked as well as my lamanite flooring i returned it the same day for a refund this product is aload of rubbish
