Good product, bad choice of fabric

My Guinea Pigs love this, they jump in it and popcorn. They sit in it to eat. They lay in it for short periods.

Unfortunately it's made of a furry material and they pull tufts of it out and eat it. One gets a particularly bad cough from doing this.

I stopped it by putting the bed in an old pillowcase and they still love it but don't choke anymore.

If there's a non furry alternative, go for that instead.

I was very disappointed. As it was torn to pieces within 2days. They enjoyed sleeping in it, but it was ruined. And lefts face it; gerbils have a good reputation for destroying things! It was OK but it was ruined. It should have been made out of plastic+ have a furry lining.

I bought this product for my guinea pigs and they both love it. Pepper likes to sleep in it more than Archie but I've had it for about 6 months now and nothings gone wrong. I wash it every week when i am cleaning their cage.

Hi guys, NEVER EVER GET THIS PRODUCT! Never purchase this product for small rodents like rats, hamsters, gerbils etc. because they will nibble it to destruction!! I bought it for my two gerbils(Maggie and Ruby) and within an hour of using it, all I saw was a pile of stuffing and fabric. Don't buy for small rodents unless you want to waste your money or have a big mess to clear up. Also, my gerbil weed on this snooze pad and it smells awful and it is stained. :( thanks alot Pets At Home for wasting my money!
