People keep saying how small this produxt is. it is ment to be an addition to add to other rotastak cages. i have 3 of these also lunar cage n my sons hamster has a gteat time

Never buy this again

very poor. was looking forward to using. very disappointed. no instructions to set up for dwarf hamster (horizontal layout as stated on website), bits broken. very unhappy.

i have just bought this cage as didnt have money for a good one its is rubbish my hamster hates it ive only just got it and im scared it going to escape i would never recommend this to a friend

Bought my son a syrian hamster as a first pet and bought this cage due to how colourful it looked on the box. However when we arrived home the cage looked nothing like how it did on the box, the tunnels were clear not colourful, the food bowl was very small and can hardly fit any food in it. The tubes do not fit well together and come apart very easily, our hamster has escaped twice in the past 3 weeks. I feel as though the hamster is very cramped as this cage has limited room. would not reccomend this cage.

Deluxe is quite an overstatement for this product. Although I found the tubes relatively easy to put together, the moment I tried to connect them to the cage they would come apart, because despite following the instructions and then moving them all about, the tubes were either not long enough or at the wrong angles to fit into the holes on the house. Ours also arrived with a crack in the plastic and the wheel in the way of the holes which cannot be moved at all. This was my first and last Rotastak cage, all pets deserve better.

This product is way too small there is no room for any animal. It is hard to set up and my hamster hated it so much I had to go to the shop and get him a new cage the next day. It was a big waste of money and I would have to say that you should definitely avoid it!

The cage was fine for about 2 weeks but now the water bottle is leaking which then leaks out of the bottom, also, the bottom of the cage itself leaks all over the place, not ideal when hamsters urinate alot

WAY TOO SMALL

This cage is almost abusively too small. It has not got enough ventilation and the tubes are virtually impossible for dwarfs to climb easily.

It;s not even any good as a starter cage and should be avoided at all costs.

This is okay, if you know if your hamster is going to fit it! I bought it for my Syrian hamster and she was way too big, so we put our new little Russian dwarfs, but they couldn't get up the tubes! We were so annoyed so we took it back.
