Stress Coat Water Conditioner 237ml by API instantly removes chlorine and chloramines, making tap water safe for fish whilst neutralising heavy metals.

Stress Coat Water Conditioner also replaces the natural slime coating fish need in times of stress, such as handling, shipping or fighting.

Contains Aloe Vera, nature's liquid bandage, to prevent the loss of essential electrolytes and protect damaged tissue against disease-causing organisms whilst helping to heal torn fins and skin wounds.

Use Stress Coat Water Conditioner when setting up aquariums, changing water, or adding fish.

used api once and didnt like it, come on pets at home start stocking seachem prime, prime is better and use less off it best on the market.

had fish many years ago and never had to use this sort of stuff and they survived well, however i took the advise of the staff and got it. I put some in when adding fish and it did seem to calm them. After a few hours they started to swim around a lot more so must have done something to them. I got 'tap safe' aswel which im not sure i needed as this says it sorts out the chemicals in the water too. so will probably just use this with a little 'tap safe' and not the full amount.

Use this alongside stress zyme for best results to your tank. It is important to keep your fish free of stress as it could result in whitespot which will spread rapidly through your fish and kill them. You must put this in the water everytime you add fresh water and new fish to keep all fish happy, definitely works.
