Cloudy water

I noticed the same problems as the other reviewers just after two days. And I'm not overfeeding. I guess this would be perfectly adequate for bottom feeders but it's not for my fighting fish.

Its ok, but not great for my betta

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have a siamese fighting fish ad brought this food for him, he tends to find it hard to eat and i have to break it up in to little pieces b4 giving it 2 him and still he doesnt always tend to eat it. i have found that this product doesnt polute water but i do use spairingly.

cloudy water

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

i have been feeding my fish on this for a week in a aquirium which i have had set up for over 10 years not had any problems till know the water has turned a cloudy colour since using this food the fish also just dont seem to be to happy with it neither i will not be buying again i will stick to top brands

In relation to the cloudy water, due to the high quality nature of this food you may not need to add as much food. Adding too my much may have caused the cloudiness.

Great for bottom-feeders

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I use this as a treat for my bottom-feeders. My Bolivian Rams and German Rams seem to love it! I also have some weather loach (adjusted to tropical) and they absolutely go wild for this food. I have not had any problems with cloudiness in the water like the other reviewer, but I use sparingly and it is quite a large tank. My tetras love it too, but the smaller ones swim around with the pellets sticking out of their mouths as the pellets are quite largish.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought this fish food as it was good value for money, and appeared to be just what I needed for my newly set up BiOrb. Although my fish seemed to enjoy this food, some of the smaller ones appeared to have problems eating the fairly large pellets. Also, the label claims that it will 'keep water clearer'. I found that these pellets polluted the water in my tank, leaving me barely able to see my new fish. After changing to a new brand of fish food, this cloudiness has improved. It is for these reasons that I do not recommend this fish food if you have smaller fish, or if you are concerned about water cloudiness. Otherwise, you pretty much get what you pay for.
