I need a clumping litter due to my recent purchase of the omega paw litter box. Pet's at home own brand clumping litter works really well with the box and I only needed a complete change after about a month, however one bag wasn't enough. I needed around 7 litres to make the box effective. I was originally using the supermarkets own brand and my house stunk and went through 2 bags in a week and Sophie had accidents everywhere. But after the change of litter there was no smell and no accidents. I would recommend it, just a shame they doesn't make bigger bags.

Dreadful, smelly, sticks to bottom of tray, tracks everywhere, and I will not buy again. Just a pity old fashioned fullers earth clumping seems hard to find these days.

I use clumping litter so I dont have to empty and clean the tray so often - I just scoop daily and I have 2 cats. I used to use a similar leading brand but prefer this because it doesnt track as much - I think the grains must be slightly heavier so fall from the cats feet easier. I use it in a hooded tray with a charcoal filter but it doesnt smell. I get a bit of a whiff when I'm doing the daily scoop and disturbing the litter but otherwise its great and seemingly lasts forever if you are a dilgent scooper and top up to the required level regularly. Thats the trick - keep it deep. Any bad reviews of this must be using such a thin layer (like catteries do with the white stuff) that it just turns to gum after one wee....read the packet instructions guys! This stuff is great.

I LOVE this litter! Only been using it for about a month. Previously I was using catsan non clumping litter the reason being that I'm asthmatic and I thought clumping litter would be dusty and bad for my lungs. However I got sick of catsan because it needed completely changing every two days and it reeked of ammonia most of the time.
So I tried this litter instead and it's awesome. It's non dusty because its like sand rather than clay, it doesn't track at all that iv noticed. The deeper the better also use lots to prevent clumps sticking to tray.
Anyways it's clumps brilliantly so once you remove the clumps there is no smell. And only needs topping up so none gets wasted as only soiled litter is thrown away. My only negative is that I wish pets at home did a bigger bag as using a bag a week for my two cats.

I've got four cats and this litter is excellent for a multi-cat house. I've converted a large, tall plastic box into a covered litter tray as one of the boys just won't aim low, and even with him pee-ing down the walls the tray cleans easily. The only tip I would give is, as mentioned by another reviewer, make sure the litter is thick in the tray - a good 4/5 inches - to let the litter clump to allow easy removal. The litter also clumps round solids to help mask the smell. It's defintely ultra-clumping which reduces the amount of total litter changes needed and increases value for money. The only very slight niggle I have is that I would love this to come in bigger bags - I usually end up clearing the shelf at my local store every month!! But I still wouldn't use anything else.

Although I have always had dogs I have became a new cat owner with 2 kittens. I tried wood based litter and they weren't impressed and neither was I, a freind told me to use clumping litter and this is really good and the kittens like it. They do throw it all over the place though till they start to use the enlcosed cat litter tray! This maybe why it seems to tack though.
It clumps very well and does help with smells, the wood based one was useless, but we were also advised to use litter fresh powder and this also really helps with smells. It is lovely when sprinkled into the litter and the kittens don't mind it at all.
It is easy to clean and lasts much longer than the other litter we tried, I would prefer bigger bags though, that is a rather big issue for me.

after I have read reviews decided to try out, but I am very disappointed. On a first day it began to stink.
We have one 4 months old kitten. Cleaning on a regular basis for at least 2 times a day, but the smell is disgusting.

This cat litter is the best i have ever used! One of my male cats will not use the tray to wee unless i use this particular litter,so i always make sure i am well stocked up on it. I bought one of the more expensive brands while i was waiting for this to be delivered and he resorted to peeing on my daughters bed!? As soon as i put this litter in his tray he has not done it since! It is excellent value for money and very easy to clean and leaves not odours.
