absolutly love the dog food, my belgian shepherd is a big boy and 3 trays a day he is very full and pleased. his coat has become so shiny and soft since changing to this brand, never ever feeding anything else( the treats are also amazing)

My dog was on the puppy pouches which he loved, moved onto the adult trays, he will only eat a small part then leave it, this meat is very dry, he will only eat the rest if I mix in warm water or add gravy. Unfortunately I will not be buying these trays again.

I have sourced this for my female chow chow, she loves it and the different variety in this box is a plus so we don't have to stick to the same meat every day.
Its easy to dish up, just cut round the plastic covering, if you only feed part of the tray at a time as i do just cover with foil, you won't get any smell escaping. As for the smell of this food...well it smells of meat, nice and fresh smell and not the terrible "Stink" that you get from some dog foods, not that I buy these but i have been round peoples when they are feeding their dogs and god the smell is terrible.
The only thing i will say against the trays is the same as what some other reviewers have said, the feeding guide is ridiculous, no way is the guide for my dog enough, it states Medium Dog: 12-25kg: ⅓ to ¾ Tray, this is not enough for my for my dog, chows are not high energy dogs but I still have to feed one whole tray a day, half for breakfast and the other half for dinner and with both of these meals I have to add either raw green tripe or a good kibble to actually get my dog satisfied and to maintain her weight which is spot on and she is not over weight at all.
The dear dog i had before my chow would never have survived on the amount of food the guide states for him either(an extra large breed)
The conclusion... great quality food, nice variety, lovely fresh ingredients, my chow chow loves it but you do have to feed more than the guide states.

My GSD was fussy with food from word go unless your offering Steak, Ham or chicken etc
He is 18mths old now and we had been recommended wainwrights before he came to live with us. However he would fuss over dried food and would 'eventually' eat it. I did try a few other brands but it was no different and at least I knew with Wainwrights it was healthy.
When we got our new rescue dog she is the complete opposite and would eat food rapidly and if our GSD left his food he'd lose it.
I was then worrying he wasn't eating at all.
I had thought they only did the pouches but them discovered the trays and gave them a try and he absolutely loves it, wolfs it down in seconds.
The only thing I would say is that it says the feeding guide for my size dogs 35-40kg is one tray a day which is most definitely not enough.
Mine have 2 a day ( one morning, one evening) and is sustaining his weight.
I found the trays are quite easy to get the lid off if you use a sharp knife and scour around the edge and lift the lid off. I then use the knife to cut it into chunks.

My dog Ben is 6 years old and a very fussy eater. We tried everything from the cheap own brand foods to the most expensive top end brands. He would eat them for a couple to a few weeks then stop eating it. we would leave the food in the bowl hoping that he would eat it. Dry food would stay in the bowl for days with out him touching it. Any way I went into my local Pets at home a couple of years ago to get some advice and was given some free trays of Wainrights. Ben has never looked back. I'll be honest sometimes the food stays in the bowl especially when the weathers hot he'll leave it till the evening when it's cooler but most days he eats it as soon as it hits the bowl. I agree with what others have said sometimes it's the devils own job to get the film off

Ever since my dog was a puppy he has suffered with yeast infections. His tummy area would turn red causing him to itch and lick that region until it was sore, ear infections were also another major issue. I tried all the premium dry foods with no luck, hoping that hypo allergic foods would help. Eventually I gave up and allowed the vet to prescribe Atopica, which is used for Atopic dogs. For months I worried about the side effects (Cancer) and yet I had to keep giving him this drug.

Then I discovered natural feeding and this product provided me with a new hope. I spoke to the breeder who told me about Natural feeding and she was totally supportive of it. Even the vets told me to give it a try.

Now 6 months down the line and he is off the medication, he is free of his ailments and living a happy life!! I will not deny that he flares up on occasion, but this to with people giving him a treat (biscuits). Much to the surprise of everyone and to my delight, my dog is finally free.

I cannot recommend this to you enough, if your dog is sensitive like mine or you want to feed natural, then this is for you. I love the multipack as it keeps him guessing which flavour is coming next, no stomach upsets either.
