I could not recommend this toy more if you have a terrier! I have a patterdale who absolutely loves instantly destroying his squeaky toys, we have gone through endless amounts of toy ducks, geese and foxes! Came across this toy and could tell immediately it was more hard wearing and over 3 months in its still got its libs tail and squeak!!!! Worth every penny and he absolutely loves it!

Rusty the Fox

My own brought me this Fox, He tells me his name is Rusty. I like to play with him all the time, pulling at his tail and his nose. I think I was a bit rough with him to start with, as poor Rusty was showing some split seams on his nose, and his tail. Tut Tut Wainwright's, for selling this as a toughplay toy. Rusty had some surgery to reinforce these weak seems , and is now as happy as ever. More importantly I can play with him for as long as I like, without my owner worrying about me swallowing stuffing. My owner says the seams need far better reinforcement on the face and tail, other than that, we agree it is a great toy.

My retriever tends to rip up soft toys within hours, but he's had this a couple of months now and is a bit worn around the edges from chewing but he's not managed to get any stuffing out. It his favourite squeaky toy and loves cuddling it. Get product and would buy again.

I had hopes for this fox as my 6 month old Labrador usually rips his toys up in minutes,and for 8 pound I expected it to last longer than 20 minutes.Firstly it was smaller than I expected and within the first few minutes my toby had ripped the nose off and was getting all the stuffing out,I did try to sow it back on but the needle wouldn't go through the material which shows that its tougher than most toys.Although not tough enough for strong chewers,please don't waste your money and if you have a puppy like mine,then stick with antler chews and rope toys,they last longer.
