I purchased the medium sized one to go with the crate I bought from Petsathome in April. As previous reviewers have stated, it is not big enough for the crate and the velcro straps are not very strong at all. I also have the added problem of having a couple of straps missing. Very annoyed as I live abroad and cannot just pop back in to get a replacement.
I recommend that if you are going to buy one, try it out in the shop first to save frustration and a return journey

I don't usually write negative comments but was really disappointed with this cover. We have the small crate 90cm for our patterdale x. The cover didn't fit the crate very well at all and the velcro fastenings didn't do up very well. the silly plastic curtain front didn't zip all the way down to the bottom and it didn't roll away veryy neatly.

Needless to say when we came down in the morning it has been bitten to shreds. The curtain element was all in his cage and everywhere.

Now I know its our fault that the dog chews stuff, but actually it's not a usual thing for Obi, but the fact that the cover didn't fit properly meant there were easy bits for him to grab and pull inside the crate.

Ah well... a lesson learned

Our dog loves this its turned his cage into a little den,he curls up at the back of his cage now, he feels a lot safer in it, and he goes in his cage a lot more since we bought this.

I purchased the cover for the large crate for my bull mastiff/lab mix dog who has seperation anxiety, to see if it would calm him down.I paid [$] for the large cover, I was disgusted with the quality of it.It came with velcro to fit it, which isn't very secure at all.The plastic cover for over the door troubled me, I mean putting a plastic all over cover over a dog? a little bit silly? he/she would get too hot, and have difficulty breathing surely??The fact that the velcro fittings were so poor, i would leave my dog in his crate for an hour at most, and id return with the cover inside the dogs crate with him chewing it.The zip has come off and I'm sure he has eaten part of it.So not very good at all.
