My red baby beardie, Citrus, LOVES these in mini. He/she (unsexed) is a bit dim, and although she can hunt, she finds it a bit difficult, and I find it difficult hand feeling her live ones and they wiggle a lot and she often thinks my fingers are worms and goes for them. She won't look twice at a dead cricket but the canned ones, she adores.

These with a pair of tweezers go down an absolute dream. I'm now happy that i's getting enough nutrients. A couple of live ones with these as the staple and my beardie is thriving. Highly recommended!

Wow! Ive fought many a cricket in the last 8months. I hate live food... the chirping, the smell, the jumping, the eyes....EWWW
I tried can 'o' crickets on my 8month old beardy boy and he is mad for them! (phew)
I get them out and dusted, then one by one i tweeze them into alternate sides of his viv making him run, jump and climb for them. So entertaining.
No smell, noise or escapees i am happy happy happy! As is Petrie :-)

Great for Leopard Gecko's

I've recently got my leopard gecko Stan Stanley Stanlington and he didn't seem to interested in normal crickets, which i found weird, so i thought i'd try these and i put them in and shown him they were there and he munched them up straight away. i'd recommend these although when the can is open they do smell abi,t but i think thats part of the reason stan loves them, because they smell sweet and are good sized crickets.

I have been a pet owner now for over 20 years and have had a range of pets in between. From little pups to parrots, I've had them all, well all except a Leopard Gecko. When I first bought little Leo in, I gave him some of these crickets and it worked up a treat! He loved them and was munching away!

These are great for feeding to bearded dragon especially if like myself you are always finding dead crickets around the vivarium. There is very little or no waste at all with these as all the crickets are eaten from a feeding bowl instead of let loose around the vivarium.

My terrapins loved these crickets but they left the tank very messy, they let off terrible odours and if they're not kept in the fridge they turn squidgy and horrible

The crickets are soft and moist, not dry and hollow like freeze dried bugs. The tin has a snug fitting lid so the crickets stay fresh and soft.A little pricey thoughIt's not mentioned on the tin but these crickets are perfect for feeding to large carnivorous and omnivorous fish!My oscar fish goes crazy for this food!

As leopard geckos hunt mainly by movement I find this product unsuitable for them unless you handfeed. Live brown crickets are much more stimulating for leopard geckos
